TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I am disappointed by the way House & home is treating me. I bought a bed at Pavillion (Dbn) and the bed is still under warrant. After buying it I moved back home to Richards Bay. I have a problem with a bed and they are telling me that they will replace the base only, I dont know how this warranty works because they didn't inform me when i bought a bed and nothing of that sort came with the bed, i only have invoice. I went to RBay branch to report this problem since the bed is that side but their sales manager refused point blank to help me saying Im not their customer I must go back to where I bought the bed. they ended up forwarding my docs to Pavillion branch to log a call, then Pavillion logged a call for me with the supplier and they are also not willing to let me get the base from RBay since the bed is there yet they do have a branch where the base can be sent to for me to get it home easily. what I don't understand is house & home is one franchise yet they don't help customers if they bought from other branches. whats the meaning of that? is this how they treat all their customers or its just me they have a problem with. Do they understand what customer service is about?
