Undelivered service regarding my Query

I bought a Serta Queen size bed in July-August 2012. In December 20th I went to House and Home to complain that the bed was making a lot of noise. They then told me that a Sales Representative or Serta will contact me to make an appointment of when he will come and examine the Bed. The Rep. Called me, to inform me that he was coming to my house two days later. I was not at home so he said he would come sometime in January 2013. In January, I had to go to House and Home to ask when he would come and they were very rude telling me how the Rep. wanted to come to my house and that I was not available. I was told that the He would call me the same week of which he didn't. The following week I went again and They then told me that he would come but didn't. On the 8 February I finally got a call from the Sales Rep who called to ask me about the date of when I would be available. I then told him to go to my house the very same day. He examined the Bed and found out that the bed was faulty. He then called me to inform me that House and Home will come and Replace the Base of the bed because he found out that it was the one that was faulty. It is the 14th March 2013 and nothing has happened.
