I bought a Amalfi317.167 Cantilevr umbreller just before x mas SKU Number:321927 wich i put up for the first time on the 16th december. it was stable and the first gust of wind that popped up the umbrella blew in a direction on a mechanism where it can bend in directions, please note the umbreller did not topple over. after the incident i noticed the umbreller had broke as to a cheap plastic not able to hold the umbrellers weight. so i took it in back to the House and Home Westville branch at Pavillion to querie. i was put on a goose chase wwith regard to whats happenig with the umbreller. no one got back to me i had to contact them. like the manger and employey Siphiso were very hostile towards me. the next thing is that the buyer for House and Home westville Pavillion Naseem reported back to them no there is nothing they can do i was negligent thats why the umbreller broke. Myself and family have bought alot of product from this house and home are now very reluctant to go back there to purchase anything. i would appreciate this handled.
