On the 30th of December 2012 I approached Camp Master via their own website for a replacement part on my tent. The tracking number that was given to me was CM 09293. I also received an e-mail to inform me that my requested was being attended to.
By the 7th of March this year however nothing had happened and I wrote to the 2 previous e-mail contacts at Camp Master (Cheri Khan and Dineo Hlongwane) once again and was once again promised some action.
It is now however almost May and once again I have not received any service nor the part I was looking for!
I AM HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED AND DISGUSTED BY THIS KIND OF BUSINESS BEHAVIOUR.
