The Tent we purchased in August 2012, was used twice, when one of the poles started splitting which supports the flysheet of a "Family Dome 5" tent.
I filled in the information on the "Camp master" website over the weekend on the Saturday afternoon.
On the Monday morning the 8th April, I received two calls from the Team at Camp master, one to do with the warranty, the other for the spares for the tent poles.
I was kept informed the whole time by Tshepo and Deon swiftly organised replacement poles which arrived by courier the next morning, Tuesday the 9th April!!
This is outstanding service, so all compliments to these two team members and "Camp Master" who ensured they had a happy customer.
