What an unpleasant experience at CLICKS Richards Bay. My work collogue and I had just finished shopping when on our way out of the Center we decided to stop at Clicks to look for some drinking glasses. Ahead of us walking into the store was two middle aged white woman. They were pushing a Pick n Pay trolley packed with shopping bags. They passed the security guard without being stopped.
As we passed he stopped my collogue and reached for the Bottled water she had in her hand and put a sticker on the actual bottle. Next was my turn, he started rummaging through my trolley - at this point I really got angry as other shoppers were not being subjected to the same "Search", I was not even through the door yet and I was already being treated like a criminal. Perhaps he thought that we are a mixed race couple and decided to harass us. We are deeply offended by this. I abanded my trolley and entered the store to find what we were looking for. Needless to say we did not find the item we were after and at this point I felt so angry I just wanted to leave. I retrieved my trolley and took down the details of the Store Manager as we left. I have called the Branch but was told that the manage
