I bought a Bissel Big clean machine to wash my tiles. I was told that I may only use their cleaner for hard tiles. Now it is not available for some time at the Vaalmall branch. They promised to get it from another branch but after 3 weeks still nothing. I am worried because one lady told me it is not in the market anymore that means I have been to by Verimark and wasted R5000.00 on a machine I cannot use.
