This is my second complaint. Verimark clearly are not interested in supplying me with tile cleaner as promised. Since they have my R5000, 00 for the Bissel they do not care that I do not have tile cleaner and can do nothing with it, It seems it will be better that I just take the machine back and get my money back. Empty promises since March. On 25 April they promised on this page I will have it with in a week but still nothing. I was at Vaalmall branch today nearly 4 weeks later.
