I have worked in the retail industry before and I know how difficult it can be to satisfy every one of the thousands of customers needs at times. So, as managers, we try our best to do whatever we can to deliver a service that few can compete with.
This past weekend I took my Girlfriend to two of the Woolworths Branches to go buy her some leather winter boots, soft flip flops, and and a few pairs of jeans for winter. We found that in both the Alberton and East Rand branches, Woolworths do not stock any sizes above a lady size 8 in their shoes, and their jeans are all too short.
I find that this is very unfair towards the taller Women, as Woolworths has always been known for their great style, and wonderful selection of different up to date ranges.
If Woolworths does in fact stock bigger sizes in their stores, please make me aware of it. It would mean a lot to me if you could, if possible, email me a brochure of a selection of size 9 shoes/winter boots, so my Girlfriend can have a warm Woolies pair of boots as well.
