POOR QUALITY and POOR handling of client come back

Bought a sofa this time last year from CoriCraft.By August the bottom collapsed and the material had bubbles. Paid extra for the more expensive material and the guy from coricraft says they have numerous complaints. - Conclusion was - Coricraft would fix the collapsed sofa but not replace the material - and we have to pay to remove and replace our window to take the sofa in and out the house because of their poor quality. I am thinking of reporting this to the consumer protection act through a lawyer friend
