We bought a corner couch from Coricraft a while ago. When it was made we took it home only to discover the 2 sections did not fit each other. We let them know and they brought us an entirely new couch within a few days. We then discovered the couch had not been scotch-guarded - a service we had paid for. They came out to do that within a week or so - again no hassles. A few months down the line we need to wash the covers so we followed instructions but unfortunatey one seam starts to fray and the slip covers no longer fit the couch. We again inform them of the problem & they immediately arrange for a new cover to be made. It will be ready in a few days and shipped to our local store for exchange.
It may sound negative, having 3 different problems, but it hasn't been a negative experience at all. We are aware that imperfections do occur. What is very unusual, though, is CoriCraft's response to our issues - they were always friendly, never tried to pass on any blame, didn't create any fuss whatsoever and took full resposibility for these mistakes. They are a very valuable asset to South African businesses &I can only hope their professionalism will rub off onto other businesses.
