I bought a "leather' lounge suite cash in 2011 it started fading colour so i reported this and was told warehouse stories and was later replaced with a plastic lounge suite 8 months later.
After only 2 weeks the couches started falling apart.
This was then reported to the store and they sent out a repaire guy who confirmed that they cannot be fixed.
they then said i must choose something else from the store with the same value and that the process should take a week or so.
the couches were picked up 2 weeks later after i had to keep going back to the store and listen to silly warehousen stories once again,
its been a week with out couches meaning we've been sittingon the floor and we still await delivery.
when i do call the store i'm placed on hold for more than 10 minutes and eventually hang up.
should this not be sorted out in the next 48hours i believe i deserve a refund as the store and the brand has failed me over and over again.
