We bought a Telefunken 3-CD/Tape mini hi-fi and when we wanted to play a tape, the button refused to be pushed in to play. Went to Cash Crusaders and explained it to them. We were told to bring the hi-fi in which we did. Only to be told that the button was forced and now it broke and that it could be send in for repairs but we have to carry the cost! This thing is now only one month and two days old!!! The guarantee is 6 months!!! What now? I'm am of the opinion that the CPA & NCR should be aware of this as this is not how a guarantee works. How many other clients are being bullied like this?
