I was recently there to take a look for wedding bands for my Fiance, got their number and the ring name, emailed them the Monday, with my order, and payment, immediate response, had my ring ready when it had to be. Kept shop open for us to come pick it up, with a smile. Ring was to big, at no extra charge made it smaller because they realized the previous sales lady gave us the wrong sizes by accident, and had my fiances ring ready quick quick, Everyone at that branch is friendly helpful and presentable. All my future jewelry needs will be done at Menlyn Arthur Kaplan (even though I live in Centurion and have one here) thank you Jurie and the rest of the branch.
