Sent my watch in for repairs, it was estimated to take two weeks. It has been 4, and I had to phone them to find out... three times. Its just bad service, bad communication, and all this for fixing the glass on a watch.
Went into the shop yesterday, and there has just been excuses upon excuses. To be completely honest, if i wanted bad service i would go to one of the lesser malls, but this is Sandton!
Seriously frustrated.
