ONLINE SHOPPING BAD SERVICE

I have placed my order last week, delivery date Monday. I ordered two plants and two other items from the clothing department.
I received an email on Saturday advising that one item is out of stock and requesting me to provide instructions as to what to do, which i did.
On Monday, I received one plant. I contacted the person who sent me the email, she claims that she did not receive it because she was not working on Saturday. I asked why i only recceived one item, and got no response other than that the item was out of stock. Sure, but what about the other two products? WHy only send one plant and not the rest of the order? I asked when delivery will take place, and got no response. I tried to phone the call centre and was on hold for ten minutes. Can someone please phone me and sort this out ASAP. The plants were gifts and delivery time sensitive. They better not be charging me twice for delivery. Not my fault they are out of stock.
