I previously worked for the same company and when i resigned in November i asked them to convert my staff account into normal account, they never did that and on 01/02/2013 i went to the Jet in Bluff Durban to make a payment and i was told that my balance is zero, I even ask them to call customer service to confirm and customer service confirmed that i have no balance.2 months later i was told that i need to make a payment as i am overdue, I explained my story and i was told that my account was converted in January. I asked why no one told me because they knew my number and my email address, It is really unfair that i now have to pay for the interest for all these months when its was the companies fault that they didn't inform me about my account being converted and account number being changed.
