I went to Russels last year in November an wanted to buy new beds, they gave me the quotation as if i can pay the amount before 3 months i'll be able to pay the normal amount without interest, and i went on the 20.12.2012 to pay the amount in full was assisted by Sheldon he asked me to pay R5000. 00 as i can pay the balance in three montha to avoid what happened last time. i paid R6000.00 an went back on the 28.02.2013 to pay the balance he told me to pay R3486.70 as it was the balance was assisted by Valencia credit manager, later i started to receive the letters from russels stating that i owe them so i went there she told me not to mind as they will fix the account said will leave the contact in the account, an got the letter again on the 07.07.13 to pay R2416.43 as was the balance an i went back to russels only to find out Valencia an Sheldon resigned and Lucy is in charge an she said they cant do anything on that account i must pay that amount I feel this isnt fair on me when i was advised by russels staff of the amounts owning etc... I need this resolved as soon as possible because now they even blacklisted me for slow payment as i know i dont owe them
