On 22/04/2013 at 16:51 I went to Pep stores to purchase some items, at the paypoint, the cashier who was available was Sana. This has been my second incident with her, where she has a totally bad attitude. I greeted her and her response was a very abrupt fine!! As I leftthe shop I asked Sana what her name was, she rudely gave me the slip and said her name was on it i should look there.
The store itself is very convenient and I usually purchase from the store as the clothes are nice and affordable
With staff that has such a bad attitude i would not want to upset myself everytime going into the store
Please address with her as it is very upsetting.
