On the 28 Sept 2013 I went to Jet store Brakpan to purchase a cell phone. After deciding which one I approached the cell phone counter. The guy behind the counter was polite but then asked me to give him the price of the phone I wanted to purchase after I had already shown him which. there were in any case on 4 on display. So i dont see the reason why he couldn't stand up from his chair and go to the display case which was 1 step away from where he was sitting and help me with my purchase. so i asked him why so apparently its not the way they do things at the store then rudely asked me for me id so i decided that i wont make my purchase at this store and left. this is not the first time im receiving bad attitude from this store. if the systems arent working then there is only 1 cashier available always an issue!
