Today the 28th January I visited the above-mentioned store to ask if it would be possible to get a reprint of the slip for the items I bought on the 21st January this year, Michelle who I was directed to by the manager told me that I need to know the Cashier's name, till no for her to be able to track this purchase, of which I couldn't as I don't have the slip, why would I go to pick n pay in the first place if I had these details? I do understand that is the procedure but the attitude and the tone she spoke to me with was unappreciated, I'm sure there must be a way of tracking this as I have time and date when the purchase was done, and I didn't go expecting them to help me, I said "is it possible"? but the response and attitude I got from her was unappreciated. I need this slip as a proof of purchase for my work, I know it's not their fault that I have lost it, if they have means and ways to help me, I also deserve to be treated in the manner that all customers in my situation would be treated
