Preapid electricity did not go through

Good day
I bought prepaid electricity from the Sasol Garage Bramfischer sat 25 May 13 11H57, when I punched it in it did not go through, went back to them they told me to phone Eskom. I phoned Eskom at 12h10 and was helped by Karabo who told me there is nothing she can do for me ref 95388776, she will log a call with a technician who will come after 24 to 48 hours. I told her that the electricity that I have will not last that long, she told me there is nothing that she can do for me. I phoned again after 14h00 and was helped by Sana Oliphant, she asked me if someone had come and I said no hence the call to find out when will the technician come, Sana gave me 40 numbers to enter and then the prepaid electricity that I bought and it went through. I bought 110 airtime on that day and it all ended as Sana told me Karabo could have done this the first time. Train your staff to be more helpful with customers, Sana helped me and is people like her who treat customers with dignity and she went an extra mile to make sure that I have electricity on that day. Thank you Sana for your help wish all staff would be kind to customers like you where tome.
