I have bought Remus wall unit on the 20 of march at the amount of R19 400 cash, and the store manager of Bradlows promised me a cash back of R1000 till today i haven't received any cash back and its about a month now. Every time i call them and ask about my cash back they have promised me they tell me that they will call me back till now. It is my surprise on that day i have paid R19 400 cash why they didn't give me that R1000 on that day. It is really a bad service that i got from Bradlows they made empty promises they cant fulfill.
