I bought goods from Bradlows for about R20000.00 in cash
Besides the bad treatment I got than I still went and buy a tv on credit!
I returned that and canceled the deal
Today about a week ago I went to their warehouse to see my sleeper vcouch that has been taken after three weeks for repairs
The coch was rather in a worse state as to how I told and show them
Instead of the repairs it came back damaged
I asked of them to replace or refund my R4999.99 that I paid them in cash
The manager of whom I don't know the name agreed if the couch was not in a good condition
After all this bad service, I called and told them to refund me rather since they do nothing to accommodate my simple reques
Bradlows is in possession of the couch. I think it will only be fair if they give my money back since they don't delive
