On the 07 January I bought a base at lewis with a cash back of R1000, they promised to deliver that same week with a voucher so that I can claim cash back but they haven't as promised. on monday the 14 I had to take a day off to go an follow up, they promised that they will deliver after taking their stock to the storeroom which is -6km from their store, I waited for them when they came back they said they don't have cash to give as it was in the morning again I waited, then they got the cash but another problem was I wont get it as the person who supposed to do the approval was in a meeting I must wait until 11H00. I've waited until 15H00 to get the cash, reason being the approval whilst they were doing their duties and mine were standing
