I bought a 152 edblo base set at bradlows, when they delivered the bed on the 5th I was not at home. On the 8th when I checked the base set the matress was damaged. I reported the matter to the store but I only get stories. Even today they have not changed the bed. I have been calling and going to the store but they tell me about the system doing this and that. I want to know how long does it take to fix your system or even change a matress. I don't mind them debiting the money but that matress is damaged and I'm not happy with the attitude the staff give me now as if I did something wrong. The bed also had a cash back of R300 which I also haven't received. Hendrick says he is the store manager but he hasn't done anything to fix the mistake they did instead he always promises to call me back but not once did he call me. Today when I called he gave me even more attitude. I'm really disappointed and hurt.
