I bought lounge suit at bradlows on the 30 June 2013, and there were delivered to me. After a month I noticed that they all have gap in between the wood and the couch. I went to complain and the manager told me that they will repair them and they will not be able to give me the new ones because 7 days is over. The 7 days that they are talking about it was not mention to me by the time I bought the couch. They didn't even bother to call and ask if I have received the couch or not .my problem is how are they going to repair them, to my understanding they wanted to get rid of them and I found be their lucky victim. I'm pleading with bradlows to give me new couch because I paid them cash.
