I bought a lounge suite from Morkels (JD Group) in July 2013. The unit had a R1000 cash back on it that I was promised at the end of the month since they do not keep cash in the store. It has been almost 4months and I have not received anything. After numerous attempts to obtain the money the only thing that I have received is a slap on the face and the run around. The employees there are very unprofessional and couldn't give a rats that they still owe me the R1000. Everytime I go to the store its always one thing or another. I have been a morkels client for years now and this has never happened, only when I went to Soshanguve. I am very disgusted by the level of service and unproffessionalism
