On the 16/05/203 I took the microwave to Boardmans mall of the north for repairs, When we got there the sales person who was assisting us told us the microwave will be fixed and back within 2 weeks. He took our original receipt. On the 29th the store phoned to say that we must bring the receipt as we will be liable for the repair fees if we don't provide the receipt then I told him that he took our original slip we don't have it anymore. I lodged a complain with their H.O ref number 29051302654/go. Nobody responded and I phoned the store mgr she told me that I must pay R565 for the Microwave because it is out of warranty and I told her that her staff told me the payment is because there was no slip provided. She said she was going to come back to me and she didn't until I phoned the H.O on the 13th and I spoke to a Lebogang who connected me to the store and from the conversation I realized that my rights as a customer are being oppressed because the lady was siding with Lizzy and I dropped the phone as they were rude to me. All I want now is justice. I don't want to step my foot in that store I don't want to speak to Lizzy. Assist me with a loan unit until this issue is solved.
