ATM withdrawal erro

I sent my partner to withdraw funds from my account as she needed to visit a GP.. She performed the first transaction which she only got back the debit card, the receipt with an error code message excluding the requested funds but I got an sms notification stating the withdrawal was successful.

She attempted a second withdrawal for the same amount and this time it was succesful and a receipt to confirm that. I got another sms notifying me of the second withdrawal. I have lodged a complain with the call centre (ref 10802023) they told me to wait 31 days which I felt it was ridiculous. Today I went to my branch to follow up and Glady's Tsolane (ref 1089 7576) told me they have re-assigned my querry this morning, while we were talking she confirmed that she got feedback immediately and my complaign was rejected as the 2 withdrawals appeared succesful on FNB's side.

I have faxed the two receipt for the withdrawals through David at Jabulani Capitec, and Glady's said once they receive them they will advise FNB to keep the log open. It's not the first time I experience this ATM problem, can someone please tell me, is it possible for the ATM to issue out funds and a receipt with an erro
