I do understand the Return policy but I did not know that I'll have to return them hence I didn't keep the receipt safely. Please help me to return them. I can provide you with the date and estimated time of purchase. I have paid cash and added a certain amount with my debit card; I can also provide you with my bank statement to prove that. Please am your customer and understand your policy but please help me.
