I bought a stylus pen on the 14th of December 2013, a few hours later when I got home I realised that the writing tip was missing, couldnt return it the next because the store was closed. On monday when I did return it I was told that they cnt help me because I broke the stylus pen, how can I buy something but to break it a few hours later... surely this can not be right. The manager on friday the 20th was very rude, I am still in shock because this can not be what the consumer act law says.
