If the law and regulations state that a person must proof the goods to be their's and proof of residence must be given, why can people so easily pawn and you sell goods to anyone with an id book? Some of these things were from me, but your staff refused to give it back or give me any detail. Plus they are very arrogant and do not know how to work with clients!!
