Poor Management and very bad service

I come to the store as I wanted to get a slip reprinted. When calling in the day was told that all I need to bring was Date, cost and bar-code of purchase. which was done. At the end They could not help me as they could not pick up the product. The info was given to me by The game card department. When going to the manager to complain he gave me attitude. I was irate and frustrated at the time as I was in there for almost an hr waiting on a slip. So I was not being quiet about it and yes my voice was not soft. Mr Pillay the store manager also become loud and was raising his voice at me after I told him he should not be doing so as he is a Manager and managers should not be talking to clients like this he then told me he will not deal with me if i shout and then said IF I TALK AT HOME LIKE THIS I MUST NOT COME HERE AND TALK LIKE THIS. Then went on to deal with another client. When I asked him for a pen and paper to right down the number and name of the boss so that I can complain he gave me pen then ignored me and dealt with a new client. Then I asked him for a paper and ask him if must I write it in the air. He then told me yes I can. I then had to ask for the bosses name & numbe
