Good Day

on the 30 March my wife ordered blinds from Makro item order number 1189, We were informed that the goods will be delivered and installed in 15 working days. On the 17 april i followed up with Amanda and confirmed it would be installed. When the Installer came he said the lenght was off by 15 cm. He would have to take it back to the factory to have it fix. however there would be another call out fee of r250.00 and the factory will call me confirming the fee for amendments of the blinds. I refused to accept any additional cost, and called Amanda immediately, she reassured me that we would not pay for any amendments as well as the call out fee. The following day I got another call confirming we are liable for the fees... I was furious and when calling Amanda I was informed she wasnt in and spoke to Debbie that escalated the matter to the manager. He called me saturday 20 April and confirm he will look into the matter and will make a plan about the cost... Today at 12h00 he calls me and confirms i'm liable for 750.00, i told him i want a refund because of the lack of service .. I WAS TOLD I CAN'T GET A REFUND... I requested the CEO to Call me .. STILL WAITING
