Today I made a purchase for Medal of Honor Warfighter at the store, when we got home and my son wanted to do the activation of the game, we realized the store never inserted the Product Booklet in the Open Cover. I called the store, and within minutes the manager had arranged for a staff member who lives in my area to bring the game booklet with the activation key to my house! That just left me completely amazed!!! And I'll admit, I'm not the easiest client when i'm let down, but The manager and his willing colleague instantly defused me. It's awesome to experience this in a country where so few people care about service delivery.
