I was phoning Game in mall@reds to find out if the had stock of a certain product. When I got trough to the right department (Information, as stated by the desk) Mark Giddons told me I need to hold on before he can put the code in the system. Firstly I think as you work in information you should be logged in. Secondly I should not be waiting 4:58 min (while you talk to your colleagues and not attending to customers). I then went through to the manager and explained the situation, he responded very "who cares" and then asked me what I think they must do? I am not really a person that complain about anything, and this would usually be fine, but the attitude s of these people where shocking. I normally do all my shopping with Game, it was one of my favourite stores, but my Christmas shopping is now going to another store.
