I bought blinds from this store on 08 June 2013 and paid upfront The turn around time was supposed to be 15 days. The blinds came back after more than 20 days, and were only delivered after I threatened to get my money back. They had to go back immediately for minor alterations and today is the 18th of July and I still don't have the blinds. Staff at the store have an attitude and don't come back to me when they promise to. All I initially wanted to know was when I could expect to get my blinds, now I'd like to know how to get my money back from Makro.
