Contract not upheld

I contacted the above person on roughly the 14th Jan who eventually called me back. He came and measured for blinds and sent a quote through on the 17th Jan. I wanted the blinds installed by the 4th Feb and he assured me that if I paid 70% by the 22nd Jan they would be done in 10 working days. I have made all the phonecalls as each time he promises to call he doesn't. I have been told more than twice that they are on their way/ on the truck and yet the next time I call I get told there was a problem with the material which caused the delay. I called for the last time on the 14th Feb and was told he had been in hospital for 4 days but the 4 days after that was so busy he had no time to contact me. He said that blinds would be here no later than the 18th but probably the 15th and would call on the 15th to let me know what the situation was. No phonecall as yet and it is now the 18th which means I have been waiting for a month for the blinds. He has misrepresented himself and the company and I have terminated his services and demanded my money back-whether I see it I don't know. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone.
