Our blinds were installed incorrectly and did not fit correctly even though they took measurements before installing the blinds as most blind companies should do. The lady promised to get new blinds cut, although this took forever. Finally after a long time, our blinds were installed after we threatened that we rather want all our money back. We could not see in the afternoon when the blinds were installed, everything looked fine, at night we realised the blinds were different colours. It was the worst service we received and although the blinds installation was affordable, their customer service really stank.
