I had some blinds installed and fitted a few years back. Eight rooms were fitted with blinds so not a small order. In two of the rooms now the strings are on the last strand. I contacted Brent on various occasions and I was told he would get back to me. I eventually called Linelle who made an appointment to come and repair it on the 11th May 2013. I waited on Saturday and no one called or arrived. I tried to call both numbers but no joy.
I have been calling the office numbers and both cell phone numbers and no reply. Very disappointed. When I first signed the contract with them I was told that they were a young company and wanted to provide a great service. What a joke. When they originally came to fit the blinds they had made errors in their measurements and had to get a saw and improvise to make the blinds fit. Was not impressed.
