Damaged blinds & horrible service

I recently ordered 2 sets of mahogany blinds from Finishing Touches and after 4 weeks when I went to collect them I confirmed with Cornelius that is he sure the blinds are not damaged and he said yes they are all packaged with bubble wrap. When I arrived home to install the blinds both sets were damaged and the metal frame was bent. I returned to Makro where the Finishing Touches branch are located and the lady that worked there wanted to charge me repair costs for the damaged blinds!! After I huge struggle and in front of me talking about us to other customers in her language and laughing, she contacted Cornelius to come from his long tea break he said he will send them back for repairs and phone me the next day which would have been the 23rd September and that the repairs will take another 15 working days!!! I still have not received any call... In addition to that I had to pay 400 for delivery and installation.

Its a shame that I had to experience such a terrible experience as I was going to replace all my curtains with blinds... its unlikely that I will buy the rest of the blinds from Finishing Touches.
