Paying for something that was never delivered

I bought a bed, tv and a fan and both the tv and the bed were delivered after a huge battle and now its winter already but i never got the fan. This has been going on for more than three months now. 2 weeks ago i went to the store to inquire about this and they said to me they dont have any stock. So i suggested that they give me a heater because i dont have use of the fan anymore and they promised to deliver "ASAP". Hilda is the one who answers the phone every time i phone them and she'll put me on hold until i give up. sometimes i ask her to pass a message atleast and tell Marti to phone me back but nothing. I've spent so much energy, time and money trying to get to the bottom of this but by the look of things they dont even care. I have a feeling that we gonna get to summer again with no response from Marti about my heater. Please advise
