I ordered a Suffolk electric heater from Homechoice, upon delivery the front glass was broken. When I logged the call, the customer agent told me that they will bring a replacement heater when they come collect the broken one. The courier came and collected but did not bring a areplacement heater. I have since been making weekly follow up (15 May 2013 Ref: 117237027) (29 May 2013 Ref: 117530533). I called today and spoke to Levinia Boltman (Ref: 118045443) who told me that homechoice does not have a complaints department were customers may take their unattended enquiry to and that she cannot confirm their turn around time when they can replace the heater. I have been a customer of Homechoice, Finchoice and Phonechoice and never experienced problems with delivery before but i suppose that they never delivered a broken item before. I need homechoice to CALL ME BACK 012 395 6621 and give me proper feed back on when I can expect the replacement heater. Its winter, its cold. and those are the two reasons why i ordered the heater. I deserve to receive the proper customer services that is my money's worth.
