I haveordered the 13pce Duvet Set from Homechoice and did not receive my curtains. I immediately phoned when i unpacked the parcel and discovered the curtains is not there. I have spoken to Lauren and Carmen. I have sent through my affidavit on the 25 March 2013.
I have phoned every week since then. First I was informed the are attending to my problem, the next week I was informed Homechoice does not have stock, last week I was informed there is a problem with the delivery address.
I am getting fed up with this service. I am tired of all the excuses.
