I orderd a duvet set from homechoice and paid via eft. Special arrangments to deliver the parcel after 14:00 was made and comitted by them. However I was notified that they tried to deliver my order three times and the reported no one was home (11:00 there delivery time). When I arranged for an alternative delivery address they informed me that they sent my PAID AND REGISTERD parcel to another customer, and said that was their last one, stock availability - 1 week.
When I phoned them today they said they cannot get any more stock of said item and thats that.
Dear Homechoice.By me paying for said item you have committed yourself when you arranged the delivery. You did not inform me of any of these issues as I had to phone you! Do you understand the concept of bussiness and a responsibility to your customers? Do you have any idea what follow up and dedicated orders even mean?
I hope that you will refund my money asap as you commited to 5 days!
