I refer back to my previous complaint. I am now almost waiting two months for my curtains as requested. I received a sms with a parcel number and yet when I and the Post office tries to track it. Parcel number PA434397936ZA could not be found in our database. So i still phone every day and every day Lauren or Carmen of whoever answers the phone put me on hold and then disconnects the line. So im tired and frustrated with Homechoice and I dont know which way to go anymore. Even Hafara who would have helped me the last time, is also missing in action
