I have been waiting for answer regarding my account for the past week and no one phones me back to let me know what is happening regarding this matter they say the turn around time for quires to be sort is 48 hours and is now been a week and I have to phone them back to see what is happening regarding this matter no one phones me and than I get the same answers back the have send it to another department how long does this take to sort out I m asking you. I was advise to go the NCR and do a report to them as well state all my facts to I m really thinking of doing that if I don't have answers by Monday 12pm as this is just getting out of hand now. How can they tell after 14 years I owe them money and not list me on ITC when I know I have paid them in full before I got married.
