I am so disappointed and so so mortified at what just happened. I bought Pixie boots at Jet on the 12th of April and today is the 2nd time I have worn them. They just tore open. I am so embarrassed and so mad. How can this happen to brand new shoes??? What kind of shoes do you sell? That just get torn out of nowhere??? There I am sitting at my desk, I look down and I am absolutely mortified at what i see. R99!!! Torn just like that. Sies!!!
