Woolworths
Torn Boots

On the 20th of April 2013, I bought boots at the value of R199 for my daughter she wore them on her birthday the 23rd of April 2013. I collected her from creche and I saw that they were torn and on the 24th of April 2013, I took them to Woolworths Key West to return or exchange them but the manager said he was not gonna change them because its not the your fault, but i asked him about the quality they always preach about but he just said he was not gonna take them back. A boots that cost R199 it only last for one day, boots created for children aged 2 - 5, how do you tell a child on how to play? Why is it a child 's fault? What happened to their quality? I have been their customer for 13years and feel dissapointed about this situation. I am just thinking of paying their accounts and close it and just forget about their quality that only lasts for one day.
